At this stage, Açaí Atlas doesn’t use a contact form, a newsletter, or any of our own sign-up mechanism. The only contact channel is direct email: if you send us a message, the data you provide (such as your email address and the content of the message) is used only to respond to your contact.
Like virtually any website, the server that hosts Açaí Atlas automatically logs basic technical access data (such as IP address and browser information) for operational and security reasons — this is a standard feature of any web hosting, not a tracking or profiling mechanism built by this project.
Cookies
Açaí Atlas doesn’t use tracking, advertising, or behavioral-analytics cookies at this stage. Strictly technical cookies from WordPress itself (needed for the site’s basic operation) may be present, but they aren’t used to track visitors across sites or build browsing profiles.

Comments are disabled sitewide at this stage — no data is collected through comments.
Indexing and SEO tools
We use (or intend to use) Google Search Console, an operational tool that helps search engines index the site correctly. It doesn’t install cookies in the visitor’s browser or track individual behavior — it works from Google’s own search systems, not from your visit to the site.
Third parties and embedded content
At this stage, Açaí Atlas doesn’t embed third-party content (such as videos, maps, or social media posts) or share visitor data with external services beyond what’s needed for basic site hosting.
How we use the data we collect
Data sent by email is used exclusively to respond to your message. We don’t share, sell, or use this data for any other purpose.
How long we keep data
Messages received by email are kept only as long as needed to respond to the contact and, where applicable, to maintain a basic record of the communication — we don’t use this data for marketing purposes or retain it indefinitely.
